Every sale is sacred...one of my mentors in sales once told me to treat the small sales like the biggest sale I've ever made, because there's no such thing as a small sale. We are people serving people, and no matter how much we try to game systems and fool algorithms, the core basics of service, reliability, punctuality, professionalism and friendliness get you over the finish line every time. Good Morning! This is great info and a reminder that our service to our customers is very important. We live in a world where mediocre customer service has become acceptable. Improving and maintaining positive customer service with clients can help the business rise above the average. This goes for any and all businesses. Good morning Bill, I missed the live chat by 2 minuites. However, right after I was able to get it on Utube. Congrats on 43 years of marriage, I am doing 17 years and loving every moment. Great video as usual, I agree with you stick to the basic. What do I know! All I can do is listen for right now.😊
